Customized Email Sign-Up Flow

I wanted to create an email opt-in flow where someone could customize the types of emails they receive by selecting their interests, as well as tell the company how often they'd like to receive emails.

I feel this would help keep the emails helpful and avoid situations where people are frustrated with a company because of frequent, unwanted emails.

This particular flow is for a hypothetical essential oil company that sends out inspirational and educational content.
