Is anyone interested in coming to Austin and starting something special?

I'm joining a new startup within IBM focused on collaboration between designers and developers to create apps and software that are going to make a real positive impact in people's lives. This is a pretty special opportunity to get in at the start of something inside a massive corporation and help mold what it becomes and how we work. We're looking for great designers of all experience levels, and especially people who are just coming out of school. IBM is a pretty cool first job, right? Don't worry if you don't have a ton of web/app experience. The main goal right now is getting good people on board.
