The Calm Forest

I always started the design process with sketch drawing because obviously my hands are having better instinct than my mouse. I used this sketch drawing for template and started to make outline using pen tool. I love to fill colors for shapes with live paint bucket tool because it was much easier for me (no required closed path). And then I set up fancy gradient colors to all shapes. I created noise texture with applying photoshop noise effect in masked shape. This gave me greater flexibility to apply noise because it was applied on gradient mask.
