Bandow Mowing

This project was a favor for my girlfriend's brother. He has a side business mowing grass and was in need of business cards. He didn't have a logo either so I tackled that as well. 

I wanted something simple for the logo, as all I had to go off of was the name "Bandow Mowing". I know wanted stay away from something too cliche like pictures of a lawn mower or grass. So, I  played on the idea of how a yard looks after a fresh mowing. Then utilized those simple lines as the concept for the logo. 

The business cards followed suit to the concept of the simple lines on the back to reiterate the business, and generate an unconscious association to his services.
