Validating a telemedicine app with a Design Sprint

👩‍💻 Pre COVID-19, OSDE was already working towards telemedicine solutions.
📱 They wanted to create an app for online appointment scheduling, video appointments, virtually accessible medical histories, and digital prescriptions.
👨‍⚕️ But before creating the product, they needed to know: Would doctors adopt this digital platform as part of their everyday work?

👩‍🔬 So we teamed up with Indicius, Litebox, and OSDE to run a Design Sprint that would test a prototyped app on real doctors.
