La Buena Vida Brand Identity

This assignment is also from college. We had to design a brand identity for La Buena Vida, the chosen name of our resort. It's in Florida so I wanted to capture the Floridian vibes in the logo. It's made up of the sun, a wave, and a palm tree leaf. Using circles to form the shapes give the whole design a look of luxury. To go with the colors in the logo I made the text grey so it'd be analogous in value. The contrast of sans serif and serif put a nice ribbon on the logo was a whole. From there it was off to add it to other identity pieces.
