OurPeople chat update

We'd been told in research many times that our chat was hard to use and despite being a small feature in our app it was one of the most used. We updated the feature and overhauled the UI giving a much more familiar look and feel as well as the addition of a few new features. Work completed at OurPeople in 2019.
