Customer Journey

Hello everybody,
I hope everyone is safe!

I am currently working on a project to acquire my professional diploma from the UX Design Institute.

This project is called FlyUX, and it focuses on the flight booking process.

The steps before presenting a mid-fidelity prototype were usability testing on competitor sites, creating an affinity diagram, a customer journey, user flow, and sketches.

This is the customer journey map for the project.
