Docteur - Health on Demand Mobile App

Docteur Mobile App is an health on demand Mobile App for Doctors in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam.

The Docteur app aims to solve the problem of insufficient doctors in rural and urban areas of Vietnam. The app helps doctors manage attend to a larger number of patients per day using intelligent algorithms.

Team and my role: I was the UI/UX Designer on the project. It was my task to design the User Interface and experience flow of the app. The team comprised of volunteers most of which had an experience in healthcare.

The work and process: I was coordinating with a remote team and we met twice weekly to discuss progress and new developments. My work had the oversight of the product manager.

My learnings: I loved the entire process. In hindsight, I would love to be a part of the user research team as it would help to have a first hand feel of the current frustrations of the target users and therefore design a better product.
