Fly UX seat mapping

Hello everybody,
I hope everyone is safe!

I am currently working on a project in order to acquire my professional diploma from the UX Design Institute.

This project is called FlyUX and it focuses on the flight booking process.

The steps before presenting a mid-fidelity prototype were usability testing on competitor sites, creating an affinity diagram, a customer journey, user flow, and sketches.
