BDO Mobile App - Cards
The BDO Mobile App is a tool of choice for both local and offshore account holders. The account is supposed to provide its users with a comprehensive overview of their accounts and allow them to perform a number of tasks in a convenient manner.
In this research, I took a closer look at how a focus group uses the app to manage their accounts and finances, and how their insights may propose changes that would help improve productivity and general user experience.
