Team Buildnig

Every month each of our teams fills in a questionnaire on what they've accomplished, their recommendations, a little something on new team members (if any), and their expectations of the upcoming month. All their answers are then compiled into a newsletter sent to everyone in the company.
This illustration was the cover of one of those internal newsletters, specifically of the "September 2019." edition, when we spent an entire day in a house by the pool as a team-building activity. Hence the inflatable flamingo and the straws in the gin tonic filled glass!
