Kid Candy or Kid Captain (Revised)

Experimenting with a time-traveling kid character that really trashes history. Kid Candy runs around history sampling the candy sweets of the time and steals. Kid Candy really loves stealing.

He's being pursued through time by a time truancy officer. Kid Candy is always a few steps ahead.
