Mastering calmness.

In the present-day world, we need to find ways to deal with pressures and uncertainties.

There are a number of scientific studies out there that show the deep connection between staying calm and facing challenges. In fact, calmness cannot be obtained by merely being alone or deleting our social media accounts.

For me, calmness can come in the form of acceptance. When things are difficult, being able to breathe deeply, observe, and reflect, helps me accept where I am in the moment. This acceptance helps me to be calm in any challenging situation.
