NetBase Pro: Overview

With feedback from Instant Search we realized we needed a more robust platform so we built the Pro platform

Users will have an easy to use platform that will give relevant data quickly without use of the more complex enterprise platform

NetBase Pro began to be developed after we previewed our NetBase search project at our user conference. While are users loved it, they said it was too simple - and in talking to the users the two key things we hit on was that they wanted to share their data from the enterprise product with their entire team and they wanted the visuals to be more updated as they were having to take data into other tools to visualize their data. Those were the two key things we built the product

We believe that users need a step between the basic level of the instant search product, and the great complexity of our enterprise product

The biggest challenges were determining what features and data to move from the Enterprise software suite to the pro software suite

We did an analysis of all the types of data on the enterprise platform, as well as the competitive landscape the pro product would sit within and we determined what feature set we needed to build the pro product offering to have
