Wheat and Water

Wheat and Water is a local independent artisan pasta company from Bandung, Indonesia. 

They create traditional, slow dried, artisan pasta. Kneaded in small batches, extruded through bronze dies, and dried at low temperatures, their pastas are creamy yet al dente ("to the tooth," or with a little bite) and hold sauces perfectly.
These beautiful colorful pastas are made from natural coloring like beets, tomato, basil to name a few.

Hand drawn with Copic Multiliner Pen 0.2 & 0.01 and watercolor color spots. Color spots were intended to present the color of golden wheat.
