Telemed Concept

We were exploring the idea of how a telemed platform would work into the existing My Doctor Online (MDO) platform

We originally placed the telemed flow within the doctor's individual pages. However, we felt that at scale that could be really cumbersome to keep up to date so instead we worked from the idea we'd have a launch button on the doctor's pages that would lead to a single telemed flow that you could then select your doctor from, if you came to the page directly, or would pass your doctor's information through if you came from an individual doctor's page

We believe that exploring telemed services embedded within the MDO platform is a good use of exploratory time

Since this was just a concept, the technical constraints were not fully known therefore we designed our ultimate experience

We made some assumptions on technology stack based on the stacks of the products we already designed (My Doctor Online) and we worked forward with the assumption when designing this concept that it would be housed on something similar just to get us going on exploring the concept
