HP Access Catalog: App Bundles

While building the HP Access Catalog platform, we realized we needed a way to bundle applications together for quick and easy download of essential applications or other job related applications

Platform Users would be able to download bundles of software with one click

The idea of app bundling came a little bit late in the process. The idea around this originally started with the idea of bundling by app types (design applications) then we hit on bundling apps for specific user types (marketing apps)

We believe administrators will see a need to bundle applications together for ease of management

We believe user's lives will be made easier by being able to download bundles of software relevant to their needs instead of downloading each application independently

How were we going to bundle apps That had mobile and desktop versions and bundles included both desktop and mobile apps

We came up with a general pattern that was not dependent on the app type and instead was more focused on the application and its details itself to create the bundles
