Joyride responsive marketing website
Last year, Forge Studio partnered with AutoReturn on a new growth opportunity—an online vehicle marketplace for impounded vehicles called Joyride. The pilot launched in early 2020 in two of their key markets (San Francisco and Indianapolis) with a responsive web application serving buyers (used auto dealerships, driveway dealers, hobbyists, and the general public) and sellers.
From the project kickoff workshop that included market analysis, problem framing, and brand strategy to writing user stories, requirements, and conducting user research and data analysis to inform user segmentation to iterative end-to-end product design, we enjoyed being a part of this successful launch.
