Elytra - Mac Catalyst Version

This is the first RC version of Elytra for MacOS Catalina. It uses Apple's Catalyst technology to bring the iPadOS app to the Mac.

While it is not the best rendition of what I wanted it to be, it's good to ship. v2.0 of Elytra will however be very different in this aspect.
