Holiday In the Capital

When my husband and I moved to D.C. in 2018, it was a #cultureshock to find out how little snow falls in the U.S. Capital.

Growing up in S.W., Michigan, we always had a few feet of snow each winter, so I was unduly expecting a white holiday season. It turns out it doesn't really snow like that here – and I am 100% okay with that!
