At Tray, we take mental health and our company values very seriously. That's very important for when we're hiring new team members, to make sure that we all align and build a better future.

This image represents the result of a project done during one of our most recent initiatives for on-boarding new team members - our internal Tray labs where you get help from internal masters of Tray.

One of our designers decided to use this time to create a workflow (all built on Tray) that checks if people in the team are using Figma after hours and send a gentle reminder about how important it is to focus on your personal life too 😊I love it and makes me laugh every time I get it.

This is a great example of a small detail that can boost team's morale specially in times when we're all working from home. Also a good example on how to use Tray to do that
