Mono Industries 20th anniversary identity

My company is 20 years old next year and to celebrate, I've designed a new identity which includes a roundel that I can use independently of the logo type. I'll simply remove the dates at the end of 2014.

It needs a little tidying up so if you spot anything, please let me know. Thanks.
