Warframe Codex Redesign

Having played the game a lot I felt like the in-game codex - used mainly for learning and keeping track of progression - could have used some tweaking.

I redesigned the layout, added menu points into the codex that were previously elsewhere, and gave it all the vitruvian style which was newly added to the game only used for some parts.
