Vertex "V" Logo Mark Logo Design
V Logo Mark Design for VertexHD, YouTube content creator, and gamer!
As well as needing a new look for his channel, Vertex (Cody) wanted some social media designs to fit in with the look he was trying to achieve. He wanted something that was clearly for a gamer and tailored toward that demographic, as his main content that he puts out there revolves around playing video games.
I hooked him up with a new Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube header, as well as some avatars showing off his new logo.
The main goal for the logo was to incorporate a V in a modern and unique way, I came up with several different concepts (which I'll be showing off soon), but this was one that stuck and suited the aesthetic Cody was looking at having.
I played around with several different variations using negative space but loved how the shape of this mark represented a V, as well as the negative space in the middle. So no matter where your eyes are lead to initially, you'll always be left knowing what the mark represents.
