QuickBooks Campaign
Intuit is a Silicon Valley-based fintech that specialises in creating digital products that improve the financial lives of their customers. Intuit is responsible for products such as Turbo Tax, Mint and Quickbooks.
Intuit reached out, looking for a designer to lead the growth and development of the Quickbooks brand in Australia. Ensuring that it leveraged what makes it a household name in the United States while creating meaningful change for a local audience. This involved working with partner agencies on art direction, brand strategy and campaign operations.
With Australia housing both the highest cloud accounting adoption in the world and the highest mobile penetration as a primary device, part of my role was the research and development of Intuit’s Australian mobile strategy. This involved the launch of Quickbooks Self-Employed, single touch payroll as a government mandate and the greenfields of open banking.
The challenge – develop products and a brand strategy that demonstrate the strength of a global powerhouse, while resonating with a local, Australian audience on an emotional level.
