Encouragement

Encouragement is an extension of the normal status or tweet update. It's a concept I've been working on to eliminate being passive aggressive- it's encouraged to let people know if you're feeling said, angry, or even happy- and in return have people give you encouragement. A designated area to be direct with your frustrations and not have to feel ashamed about it. Even the simplest "Hey, you'll be alright" can make somebody's day.
