Since the renting platform targeted towards millennials, young professionals, and recent immigrants, I decided to add options such as “Community centers nearby” what could be very helpful for all categories of the target audience, because these centers often provide people with libraries, pools, workshops, jobs fairs, employment services, etc.
Option “College/ University nearby” might be needed for millennials, who want to rent a home near their colleges/universities. As well as for immigrants, who are looking for an opportunity to study in a new country.
“Daycare/School nearby” could be super important for people, who just immigrated to a new country with kids. Parents have a lot of things to do for settling down.
