Where we work lecture

I recently did a lecture for the flatiron school and wanted to make sure I drive this point home. That interviewing is a funnel of rejection. I shared some of my statistics to show how my last stint of interviewing took 6 months as I applied to 36 companies around the world and got 2 offers at the end of the day.
