#UXWriting - Day 6
Scenario: It’s Monday. A user has just gotten into their car to drive to work. They plug their phone into the car and start driving.
Challenge: How would you let the user know there’s a fire happening in a nearby town that is causing road closures? The effect on their commute is unknown, but there is a definite danger if the fire gets closer. How do you communicate this to them? When?
Solution: Because the alert will be shown while the user is driving, the user doesn't have to interact with the device. That's why he/she will be noticed with a notification on the blocked screen in a few words. There could find the cause of the alert and it's location on the headline, then reminding the driver to do the right thing before look for another route with the app help.
