#UXWriting - Day 1

Scenario: A traveler is in an airport waiting for the last leg of a flight home when their flight gets abruptly canceled due to bad weather.

Challenge: Write a message from the airline app notifying them of the cancellation and what they need to do next.

Solution: A modal will appear with the user's name on the headline next to an icon illustrating the cancellation. The cause will be displayed and the actual flight highlighted in the body. Then, for a stress release, the user will be told that his/her flight was rescheduled automatically, giving the options to see that flight o look over the flights schedule to book another one.
