Prima Ballerina Logo

Logo design for online shoe shop Prima Ballerina. The name is a pun because the company sells bright and youthful ballet flats for everyday wear, not professional dance shoes.

My idea for this logo was to convey the spirit of youthful exuberance and freedom. A girl puts on the ballet flats, throws up her arms up and the air and starts spinning in circles. The tracks her feet make creates the pink flowery shape of the logo.
