Team Chameleon Logomark/Emoji

I'm taking part in the AIGA Seattle 2020 Changemakers Series. This year's theme is mental health. I've been paired with an awesome team of designers, researchers, UX'ers, writers, strategists, PM's, and a great organization. Ryther is a non-profit in Seattle that provides a range of exceptional therapeutic services for youth who struggle emotionally and behaviorally.

Our team name is Team Chameleon. I created this quick logomark/emoji to give our team an identity to rally behind and an animated emoji to use for fun on Slack. The Chameleon represents our team value of "adaptability" combined with the heart shape to represent our value of "empathy". The background pattern is a loose visual representation of our entire list of team values that we kicked off with.
