Cozinha Consciente

Each season of the year offers a range of different fresh products. However, the industrialisation, society’s urbanisation and the advances in science have mande products available at our table all year round, thus losing the notion of seasonality of food. With climate change, changes in economics — and society in general — happening across the globe this is a great time to start experimenting and trying new recipes or reformulating old ones, incorporating more seasonal products.​​​​​​​

"Cozinha Consciente: Alimentação Sazonal, local e ao seu alcança" (Conscious Kitchen: Seasonal, local an reachable eating) is a seasonal eating guide, which gathers information on the topic, gives recommendations about the products for each season in the region and recipes with the appropriate products.

The book is divided by colours into four sections, one for each season. The colours were picked from the products from each season.
