Japan has always been the number one place I've wanted to explore. I enjoyed working on this inspired piece a lot and it has been one of my favorite vector artworks to date. I had a lot of fun creating the cranes on illustrator so time just breezed by. I spent approximately 3 hours on this but a large part was trying to figure out how to layer everything properly so that I can animate it later on (the cranes' reflection also took some time to figure out).
