Extended Services Call to Action (Enhanced "Wrap" Effect 2)

A more refined, and less cramped wrap around call to action. The curl is slightly less dramatic, mostly due to the whole thing being a bit taller. Pretty happy with this now. Maybe some final tweaks to get it perfik.
