Avibase-World Bird Database

Avibase is a detailed database of world birds. It contains more than one million records of about 10,000 species and 22,000 subspecies of birds, covering distribution information, taxonomic information, synonyms in different languages, etc. This site is maintained by Denis Lepage and is provided by Canada Bird Research, a partner of Birdlife International in Canada. Avibase's related work has been going on since 1992, and I am very honored to provide this service to bird watchers and academia.
