HR management system apps

Human Resources Management System includes processes like recruitment, training, payroll, administration of benefits, performance appraisal and analysis, etc.
- HR Management System processes as a cycle from hiring to retirement. When people are talking about a cycle in general, it usually appears as a circle in their imagination.
A circle picture composes all the icons together (Desktop and mobile).
- Used UI Design principles: proximity and continuity. When all the Apps are together on a web page, we are able to see the connections within each apps symbol and the collaborative nature of the HRMS processes.
- The placement logic. The App icons are placed clockwise one-by-one, which means steps (stages) of the HR Management System cycle. The HRMS App icon is placed in the center of the Apps (processes).
- Colours. The App icons’ background colour scheme reminds a colour wheel, which is also a circle. So, any App icon has its own unique colour, and at the same time still remains a part of the one big process.
Moreover, any line symbol has a very similar colour to its own icon, and sometimes it is the same colour with the previous or the next App icon’s background. It means that processes are not independent of each other, one process is a part of another process.
