Rosa

St. Elmo's original fruited kettle-sour "Rosa" has now returned, and with a new label. This raspberry sour was created with the brewery's kettle souring method, which uses a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria to create a smooth and lemony tartness. Highly recommend this beer! Thanks to head brewer and good buddy Drew Genitempo for the photos. This beer is now available now for pickup if you live in Austin!
