DailyUI #028 - Inquiry

Daily UI #028 - Challenge:
Design a Contact Us page or form. Is it for customer support? A purchase inquiry? To schedule an appointment? Think about a scenario and the most important feature it would require.

My Concept:
I'm not quite sure how I ended up designing a cup on a string phone, but here we are. All jokes aside, I've created a simple pop-up inquiry form, to learn more about the product. 🥤😅
