Low Poly experiment

Hello Fellows,
Yesterday, with my friend @Kevin Cdnc we decided to learn how to convert an image into a Low-Poly style picture.
So here is my version, and as always, I created a live test-case of this shot, to make it "more interesting".

So the test-case is just some SVG elements in a webpage, that could be a vCard concept or something similar.
Don't forget to check the images attached, they show more or less how I proceeded to create this "Low poly face".

Also, feedback are welcome ! I want to know your opinion about it.
