Wondering if you ever felt overwhelmed this year by all the news and stuff happening in different parts of the world ? Found myself scrolling down “The Endstagram” witnessing all the wildfires, animals dying, virus news, Friday's for future protests, global warming new record temperatures, black lives matter updates, the Karens, the bigots, me too's, child trafficking, politics protests., 'cacerolasos'....a never ending news feed that felt like it is the End of The World. Somehow this also became The New Normal. I just had to turn everything off and tune out to stay sane.
