Personal Portfolio

The current project am working on is my first personal portfolio, it is currently the bane of my life. It seems the more i work on it the less satisfied i am with it. Am thinking of removing the creative process block altogether and moving the timeline up. The footer is also a big problem as i cant seem to settle on something. I have tried many iterations but this is the one i disliked the least.

Anyone have any suggestion onto how this can be improved ? It would be a massive help !
