Concept for Hobson Realty out of Washington. Our parameters were lead around the keyword "nurturing" - symbolic of family and togetherness. The bird house conveys that in an effective way - a sense of home brought out in a more playful and inviting way. There's already so much pressure when buying a house, it was important that the brand identity favored a less intimidating look and feel. Something more approachable and lighthearted.
