DailyUI #019 - Leaderboard

Hey Dribbblers 👋

This is my #019 #DailyUI design.

Design Hint 💻 - Design a leaderboard. Is it for gaming, sports, politics, or something else? Consider the important statistics to show, percentages, points, profile pictures, etc.

The Idea 💡 - The idea for today’s UI design is a leaderboard for my theoretical archery community app for Android and iOS, I've been creating some of my previous DailyUIs for. The design theory will follow that of a few of my previous DailyUIs, those being #006-UserProfile and #013-DirectMessaging. The colour palette will reflect previous UIs, being primarily monochromatic, there will also be a splash of colour. I will include some neumorphic elements to keep up with the design of past UIs, too.

Final Thoughts 🧠 - It's a leaderboard! and the design follows my previous UIs, which is exactly what I set out to do, so I'm happy with it! From right to left you have - the competitor's position - the position change - the competitor's name - the competitor's overall score - and finally a button to lead to a dedicated "report" screen for that certain competitor. These statistics are real and are sourced from the official Archery GB website (link below). I also decided to design a bottom "navbar" this time around for this theoretical archery community app, because it looks more like an actually app and each of the DailyUIs I've designed specifically for this app, can now link up together! I like the way I've laid out the information within the design, they almost look like miniature cards, and with them connecting up, makes it more noticeably obvious that the certain pieces of information belongs together. The top part of the design allows the end user to change leaderboards to the various others (Womens Recurve etc.), which is an intuitive and easy way of doing just that. Overall, I am really pleased of my design today and I think it fits perfectly into what I had designed previously for this app of mine; it's all starting to come together, and I didn't even mean it to haha!
