Change Management Platform

Two of our senior designers Ed and Rob were engaged to help design a highly complex Interactive Change Management tool and platform that lets senior managers plan, activate and track the impact of strategic organisational changes.

Our brief was to understand and participate in a physical change management workshop which the client run with senior stakeholders, and to try and re-create and replicate their physical workshop experience in a self service series of change management tools and full admin platform.

We conducted research and took part in observing and understanding five of the clients stakeholder workshops from a high level vision for change, right through to the specific tasks to capture in a to-do-list of granular actions to take to achieve the change required.

The project was very challenging and we had to design a system which included a lengthy 5 step modular process “interactive tool” which participants would need to step through whilst also enabling the user to drill into granular detail.

In addition to the interactive workshop tools, we also designed a higher level admin area for senior managers to monitor how their staff members were executing the changes required.

Overall it was a meaty and complex project with a lot of detail to understand and capture, and we’re proud of the system we designed. In an age of more remote working and teams being distributed, this platform helps bring change management organisations into the digital environment.
