IQ STRUCTURES / idea behind the logo

IQ Structures is a nanotechnology company. I wanted to show the nano~ somehow, and since butterfly wings and how they bend light is a great example of nature's nanotechnologies, I used Monarch butterfly as an inspiration. The company is called IQ Structures, place full of scientists and technologists — so the brain metaphor was kinda obvious. The result is a holographic butterfly brain structure, which I try to work with further on various other materials.
