How do you recruit new agents for your company? You tell them a story of how you became successful, what was your support along the way, and how you can help them achieve the same level.

With the recruiting packet I made for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, I created a visual story of our company's success that has a potential to help our prospects achieve high profits.

Starting with national support from CENTURY 21 national brand, our company is backed up by more than 80 years of family-owned business traditions; partnership with the Dallas Cowboys; wide reach of influence throughout DFW Metroplex; portfolio of in-house title, insurance and financial companies that provide support on every step of your transaction, and best in Dallas training system.

The main challenge was to organize and shorten the copy, supplement it with relative visuals and create logical flow of the information. Overall, the project was created and executed by me from start to finish with proofing and editing help from the team.
