Designated Title Website
Hi! I am always available for new projects!

Designated Title website was created in efforts to improve usability and visibility of company’s services, tools and people. For this project I conducted all the research and did all the design starting with branding, art direction, UX/UI design, web design, and finishing with front-end development.
The first step in the redesign process was a research and examination of strengths/weaknesses of the current website. We sat down with the stakeholders and identified company’s brand attributes such as culture (familial), customer (friendly), voice (trusting), benefit (transparent title process), value (enhanced closings).
Then I performed a careful audit of the current website and underlined areas of improvement that had lack of information/functionality. I identified key audience (real estate agents, escrow officers, and homeowners/buyers), reviewed their needs and created user stories.
Also, I carefully examined Designated Title’s competitors. To help the new website match and surpass other title companies, I implemented new features: blog; resource library with free flyers for real estate agents and homeowners/buyers; newsletter subscription and social media feed with testimonials.
After this analysis, I created wireframes to map out logical flow and structure of the information. The flow was dictated by main objectives:
• create awareness about Designated Title and their services;
• update and enhance the website with new features, free resource library and better SEO;
• improve visibility of Designated Title locations and escrow officers;
• highlight Designated Title partnering companies.
Design was set to underline company’s brand identity with dominant rusty red color complimented by light grey and white colors to bring some freshness and unify the whole look.
