Here’s a look at a logo design I created for Eleven12 (1112 Locust Ave.), an apartment complex in Long Beach, CA. Real Estate branding is important because it helps a property gain name recognition and credibility. I wanted the modern and contemporary aesthetic of the building to translate to the logo so I came up with a unique concept focused on the letter “n”; the final letter of the number “eleven”.

By adding a small space in the arch of the “n” I was able to display the number 11, while maintaining the legibility of the letter.
